This hotel is magical and peaceful! The personnel is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Beam at the reception, she gave us very good tips about the city and its excursions. The room is very big and the swimming pool is amazing! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide assortment and an excellent coffee :) It is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai! We can only recommend it!

Nice hotel in the southern part of Chiang Mai, just outside the city wall. The staff is friendly, and can help to organize also some trips outside the city. The city center is 15 walk away, but the Saturday Night Market is just on the parallel street, so even the position is good. I can only recommend!

The pool was great too! And free bicycle was a superb option to explore around. Totally recommend and will return! :)

Very nice hotel with good location. The rooms and hotel are very clean and new. The staff is very nice and friendly. In the loby you can take glass bottled water ( cold and warm) and snacks 24/7. You also have coffe machine which makes very good coffe and all sorts of warm drinks. I would defenitely come back!

Friendly service. The receptionist was very friendly and supportive to all our needs. She helped us carry and bring the luggage to our room and checkout. Also during transfer to taxi, she helped us booked the taxi and transfer the luggage to taxi. She helped us booked our tour. We requested to fix the shower head and at less than 30 minutes it was fixed already. Breakfast is good and has several options. They replenish the in-room mini bar with free drinks and few snacks. We don't have any negative things to say. Thank you and congratulations for good service and well done.

Located near Chiang Mai Gate, BED Chiangmai Gate Hotel offers comfortable accommodation with free WiFi access. The property has a garden with a pool and a sundeck. The property is perfectly situated in Chiang Mai and is near some great night markets and restaurants and pretty much all of the city is easily reachable through the grab app or if you want you can rent an electric bike at a nearby shop. The staff from the front desk works to the housekeepers we’re incredibly kind and super helpful whenever we needed help. It was great starting the day seeing the positivity from the staff at breakfast and throughout the day and night.

Good room in a renovated building .Great value for money. Great location close to the centre and night market. Conditioner fridge and shower all functioning good!
