Extremely friendly staff. The interior design of the room was nice. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The laundry service was good (but I recommend to use it only if you have enough time, you will get the clean clothes the next day by 6 PM).

Well set in Chiang Mai, Aksara Heritage -SHA Extra Plus provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. This is a fantastic location and a truly beautiful hotel. We had a room that faced inwards so there was a view of the pool. The room was a great size and the bed was really comfortable using quality sheets etc. The hotel as a whole was very clean and well maintained. We could just walk out and explore the old town and then it was a 10 minute walk to the night markets were there was fantastic street food. We also organised a couple of trips and the hotel location was perfect for pick-ups with no extra charge due to it's central location. We would definitely stay again - we actually wished we had stayed for longer.

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the old town and located beside a main street but it’s like an oasis once you walk in. Very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is great and fruits are provided at the pool side during happy hour (2pm~4pm everyday) And the breakfast definitely cannot be missed! Variety of breakfast is amazing. You can have many Thailand dishes and also western style such as omelets, bread and salad. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back next time when I visit Chiangmai.

Everything build with taste and beautifully combined with plants, nature. Rooms were a good size, spotless clean and staff were kind, smiling and very helpful. Moreover, location is superb- very centric and swimming pool was cool too. Nice cooked breakfast 🍳.

i Lanna House offers accommodation in Chiang Mai Old Town. Guests will find an outdoor pool and a garden on site. Each room features a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an air conditioning. Very relaxing and beautiful hotel! Staff were super kind and friendly, as well as the resident cats! Thai “Khao Tom” breakfast was delicious. Would have loved to stay more nights there but they sold out on most dates.
