Beach Kata is around the corner, beach Kata noi is ~15 mins away on foots, airport can be reached within 1-1.5 h, convenient for exploration of the main touristic sights. Everything necessary is located within a 2-5 min walk, like restaurants/shops/pharmacies/atm/exchange/bars/fresh fruit/salons etc 2. Lovely Staff! Made me feel like home! Attentive and caring, thank you. 🙏🏼 3. Clean! Never came across any insect. Not a single bite. The rooms are cleaned daily. 4. The rooms are large! Have good ACs that are not directed to beds, awesome! Enough of storage space as well, which is great when sharing the room with a second person and just allows not to live out of suitcase and avoid mess. 5. Elevator, books in many languages, good breakfast, tubs in the bathrooms, balconies, wifi everywhere.

Location. Quiet, private and intimate place. Lovely beach. We loved the villa, the rooms were absolutely incredible - huge and beautiful design. Amazing views. Clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Food was good, lot’s of variety. Good coffee. Staff incredible. Nice pool area. Wonderful experience.

The apartment is clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The owner was very helpful, even bringing us pastries when she checked to ensure we were satisfied with everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with exceptionally soft bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Kata Noi Beach, one of the quieter beaches. There’s a convenience store next door, as well as a tour and motorbike rental shop, which was perfect for us.

Actually, we liked everything about our stay in Kata gardens 3B. 1) Spacious, well planned and comfortable apartment with nice balconies and fully equipped kitchen. Welcoming set of fruits and water helped to restore after a long trip. 2) Support team in contact any time and cleaning service every second day. The area is nice and safe. There were guests in neighboring apartments but we hardly heard them. 3) Two beautiful beaches in walking distance. We preferred Kata Noi though. 4) Any kind of restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance as well.

The apartment was very well located between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. The staff at Luxe Villas (the management company) were always so helpful. Thanks to all the team! 😁

Location was excellent, the pictures don’t do the apartment justice. Power was included. Staff were excellent and took all our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. Rooftop area was amazing and the pool was clean and refreshing.

The location was perfect in between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Such a spacious and beautiful apartment with two terrace, one on the roof with an infinity pool with the best view! We enjoyed the sunset from the roof most evenings. The team looked after us very well with regular cleaning and fresh towels. Could not have asked for a better welcome. As a family we felt very lucky to stay here. There is also access to a communal pool with lots of shade to keep cool in the heat of the afternoon.

Nastanitev The heights Kata seaview large condo C1 se nahaja približno 7 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Kata in ponuja razgled na morje, balkon ter grelnik za vodo. There was nothing not to like about this place. The whole family loved their stay. Felt spoilt stopping here. Anything you wanted a small walk either down or up the hill or just a Grab away. Pool amazing and gym perfect. Staff so helpful, including the complex staff. If we came back here, we would not think twice about stopping here.
