The place was very spacious, clean, and had all the untensils to cook a prepare a nice dinner for 6 people. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best feature is the underground hallway which leads directly to Orchidelia, so you do not have to go outside when its cold. We come here every year and will continue to do so.

Great spacious renovated apartment with everything we needed. Air conditioning worked properly, it was enough space for the family of four. Nice covered parking garage. But, as we understood, this apartment stays separately from the whole complex/hotel. There is no cleaning service and you should pay for the Therme Olimia enter ticket additionally.
