Upon arrival, the front desk agent was super attentive and very hospitable. The room was so bright and clean. Loved the aesthetic and the space. We unfortunately had to leave super early to catch a flight in the morning but the agent made sure we had something to take with us for breakfast. Upon checkout, the other agent on duty again was incredibly helpful and made sure we took something for breakfast with us

Incredible property, everything is brand new and the rooms are so beautiful. The location is amazing - so central to everything and just a 5 minute walk to the Time Out Market and Bica funicular. I was with my family so it was also really great having the big courtyard to hang out in each night. The staff is very friendly, especially Diego and David who made sure we were well looked after.

Absolutely wonderful stay! I don’t often leave reviews, but my family was so impressed by this place. My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for 3 nights in Lisbon. The location is great! Super close to so many great sights, restaurants, and public transport. The inside is impeccably clean and has so many great amenities. Great AC, tv with Netflix for the kids, and good quality (Bosch) appliances if you need to wash clothes, cook, etc on your trip. There’s also a great pizza place just across the street, makes it perfect to have dinner in if your kiddos are too tired from a day of touring. The hosts were so kind and super fast to respond to any questions or requests too. 5 stars for sure!
