They made dinner reservations for me at a wonderful restaurant my first night there. They stored my luggage the day of checkout and arranged for transportation I to the airport. The staff were always cheerful and helpful.

Overall 10/10 !! Perfect location in the heart of Alfama, we had dinner with fado music in the restaurant right beside the apartment and it was so good! Despite being in the centre the apartment is quiet, very clean and good working AC which was needed in the july heat. 2 mins walk up to the stunning miradouro view points, easy transportation. Will come back for sure!
