The grocery shops are closeby: a walking distance (6-7 min), restaurants are also available in the surroundings, including the Asian kitchen (very good one) in the same building as the apartment. The windows are of high quality, fully isolating the street noise, there is air-conditioning and a nice balcony. The contact with the agency was super smooth: especially responsiveness and gentle approach to the client, which I value a lot.
