More than that, they helped me with my luggage since I was helping my wheelchaired wife.

The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and stocked with plenty of towels. There’s also a lift for easy access. I noticed the hotel offered a variety of special activities, though I didn’t participate in any of them. The location is quite convenient, only 5 or 6 stops from the main square, making it easily accessible.

Located a 15-minute drive from Kraków-Balice airport and a 30 minute walk to the Old Town, the 4-star Novotel Kraków City West offers its guests spacious, air-conditioned rooms with free internet. Professionals, as expected from Novotel. Clean rooms, very polite staff, comfortable beds. I have booked two rooms, we are all ok with the experience. I am sure we will visit this hotel again.

Located in a renovated Art Deco villa in the quiet, exclusive neighbourhood in central Kraków, 1,2 km from the Old Town and 1,5 km from the historic Main Market Square, Grottger Luxury Boutique Hotel... Breakfast was excellent! The staff was professional and more than helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
