Everything was amazing and exceptional.. The receptionist was so helpful and kind that she made a lot of calls to check if the attractions we would like to visit are accessible and easy for wheelchaired .. More than that, they helped me with my luggage since I was helping my wheelchaired wife.

Really good hotel, great location , just 10 minutes by tram to Old City or approximately 35 minutes walking. Spa was comfortable with warm water and hot sauna. A big variety for breakfast.

Well situated in the Krowodrza district of Kraków, NextDoor Apartments is set 500 metres from Wisla Krakow Stadium, 1.3 km from National Museum of Krakow and 1.2 km from Marszałek Piłsudski Stadium. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and stocked with plenty of towels. There’s also a lift for easy access. I noticed the hotel offered a variety of special activities, though I didn’t participate in any of them. The location is quite convenient, only 5 or 6 stops from the main square, making it easily accessible.

It was quite simply an excellent value for the money, especially considering its proximity to the old town. The staff were helpful. Excellent.

Professionals, as expected from Novotel. Clean rooms, very polite staff, comfortable beds. I have booked two rooms, we are all ok with the experience. I am sure we will visit this hotel again.

Located in a renovated Art Deco villa in the quiet, exclusive neighbourhood in central Kraków, 1,2 km from the Old Town and 1,5 km from the historic Main Market Square, Grottger Luxury Boutique Hotel... Breakfast was excellent! The staff was professional and more than helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
