Very helpful, friendly, quick taking action, excellent English speaking staff. Very comfortable bed. 2 buildings are well connected. Our top floor suite had good view. Truely darkening window shades. More spacious than average hotel room. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Air conditioner in good condition. Highly recommended.

Friendly staffs, fairly good location and easily accessible from the airport by bus. Tram and bus stops are nearby for easy access to the city center. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Would probably choose this hotel again.

Pleasent hotel and restaurant. Really helpful staff, especially at the restaurant, always pushing for great service, Great value for money, really good breakfast and really nice to have a play corner in the restaurant and playground outdoors as well.
