The interior, the location, the staff and the breakfast. Super clean, comfortable and such courteous and accommodating staff. Beautiful decorated in art deco style with luxurious feeling. The location peaceful and short walking distance to everything. So close to the river and the walking lane along. There is a tramp station under construction just 1 minute walk so it’s easy to take public transportation around in the city. 3 minutes walk to the tramp (nr1) station that takes you to Grzegórski station and from there directly to the airport. Last but not least; the breakfast buffet! Wow! Such variety of savory and sweet. You are also able to order eggs and bacon à la minute which they prepared so skillfully according to your preferences.

Loved everything about this hotel! Exceptional breakfast; fresh fruits, veggies, bread, cold cuts and cheese, salmon, very good coffee and juices, also omelettes and pancakes by order! Whoever manages the breakfast is very good at their job! Best breakfast we ever had at any hotel. The hotel is spotless clean. The staff deserves some praise for their customer service skills, nothing is too much to ask, very helpful and polite. All of them, but especially the bearded gentleman at the front desk and the younger male waiter at breakfast. They really care about their guests! We had to change rooms due to a small problem with the bathroom and this was handled really well and kindly. All in all, we were well taken care of and felt really welcome and at home at this beautiful hotel.

The Loft All-Inclusive Hotel Adults Only is set in Kraków in the Lesser Poland region, less than 1 km from St. Mary's Basilica. Breakfast was amazing lots of choice both continental and cooked. Location is great for both the old town and the hewish quarter 5 minute walk to both so for us location was excellent
