I liked how friendly the staff was. They allowed me to check in early which was very helpful since my partner and I were exhausted from all the travel and needed to just lay down. We also scheduled transportation to take us to the airport at 7am, but we realized we needed an earlier ride and the staff was able to accommodate us and find us a ride when we needed it. 10/10 stars. Would definitely rebook again if we’re ever in the area.

Excellent location for the airport and an easy taxi ride into the city. Staff are excellent, very efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern , clean and comfortable, good selection of TV channels. Excellent rooftop pool and bar. Great selection of restaurants in Newport. Highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed here lots of times and it never disappoints.

Microtel Mall of Asia is located in the Mall of Asia shopping complex in Manila. It features an outdoor swimming pool and restaurant. Free WiFi is provided in the hotel lobby. All the staffs were friendly. We had to book a room for 1 day earlier, Oct. 23rd due to typhoon. The front desk staff were able to accomadate our request to be close and let us keep our room for our reservation for Oct. 24th to Oct. 28. The resturant food was very delicious and had a huge selection. Room service was great and came fast and food was hot. Was walking distance to so many food options and the mall of Asia.
