Everything, from the staff to the food, even the location. I highly appreciate how the guards assist us every time we get out and take note of the plate numbers of the vehicles we ride on. The staff at the breakfast area were accommodating to us. The cleaners were so friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The location is great, it's near the Cebu Business Park and there are restos nearby.

Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino este situat în Cebu, regina orașelor din sud. This place is amazing. The staff are beautiful people and the management are exceptional. I lost my wallet while I stayed there and the excellent people of this hotel helped me as much as they could. After I left they found my wallet and they are posting it back to me. I cannot fault this place and comes highly recommended. Thank you for an excellent experience.
