Set alongside Matira Beach, Village Temanuata offers traditional Polynesian-style bungalows offering direct beach access. Guests can relax on the sun loungers or indulge in a massage. I booked 4 nights but once I'd decided to take one of the beach-facing bungalows I ended up staying 11. The accommodation has a scruffy, rustic charm I liked. It's well equipped with cooking equipment and is walking distance to 2 supermarkets and several cafes/restaurants. The beach view is amazing and the sea perfect for swimming. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Featuring a private white sand beach which is exclusive to guests, this luxury resort offers beachfront accommodation on Matira Point. Guests can stay in unique bungalows positioned over the water. .Staff was friendly and polite. They always greet us with a smile. The place is clean and well maintain. The water bungalow was fantastic. Thank you to all. We did not have enough time to enjoy other things, because we only stayed for one night.

The location is superb, 10 metres from the water. It is described as a bungalow but read large shed with patio doors. Inside there is a large, brand new bed which is really comfortable and a nice bathroom. The kitchen area is very small but functional. Also most importantly there is air conditioning. Outside there is a lovely large deck with a huge bench and bar table and chairs. It is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was very close to the local stores, restaurants and the most beautiful beach. It was very clean and well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and nice. Truly, we had the best time ever, can't wait to come back to paradise.

Very clean and well-appointed. Everything seemed very new. The two bedrooms and the front, ocean-facing common room were a good size and had excellent air conditioning. The outdoor covered deck was a great place to have a meal or read a book. The rental company contact was very responsive and helpful. The location was excellent, a one minute walk from a very nice stretch of Matira Beach.

Frank and his wife Juliet are warm and wonderful hosts that have thought of everything that a vacationer would want or need to make their stay perfect. The surrounding water is crystal clear, and there is excellent snorkeling and swimming just steps away from the door that is pretty much private. There is also a very beautiful public beach close by if you want to be around more people. There are plenty of restaurants and a convenient store within walking distance. They also have two bikes and a kayak for guests to use. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back in the future!

This is a dream house in Bora Bora. I loved that the ocean was just steps away from the back gate. Best place for breathtaking sunset pictures! Gorgeous. The nearest grocery store is just 10 min walk, so are restaurants and a public beach. We all loved spending hours snorkeling on the beach, and we even saw a couple of stingrays. The concierge was fantastic and she arranged taxis for us upon our arrival and departure. She also gave us tips of where to go shopping. We had a few meals at the house and everything was in working order. I did laundry there too and so glad they provided detergent. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The host arranged our pickup from the ferry. The house is right next to the beach and simply amazing. It has everything you need and is very specious. Our two children slept upstairs in their own room. You also have your private garden with lots of seating and enough shade. The property is close to supermarket and restaurants. We definitely loved our stay!
