JetPark Hotel Rotorua is a New Zealand owned and operated hotel which is ideally located just a short 5-minute walk from Rotorua town center. Location was nice. We were upgraded to one of the deluxe outside units where we could park right outside. Rooms did have a funny smell but could have been the sulfur in the air. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfy. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Located next to Rotorua's Arawa Racecourse, Arawa Park Hotel, Independent Collection by EVT features panoramic views across the racecourse and the city. Room was fantastic value for money - large. Beds super comfy and room felt really clean. Quiet and peaceful which didn’t expect being on main road. Enjoyed a bath. Had heater, air con, a ceiling fan and opening windows! Buffet breakfast was pretty good for special price - took advantage of it. Staff super friendly.

Copthorne Hotel Rotorua is located midway between central Rotorua and the Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve. Facilities include a heated outdoor pool. Guests enjoy free WiFi throughout. property was good, but we never received housekeeping services. Upon our return to hotel room, it was never made, coffee mugs were dirty.

Capri on Fenton offers spacious rooms with free WiFi and a private 2-person spa pool. This motor inn is a 3-minute drive from both Polynesian Spa and Rotorua city centre. Morgen was very welcoming and helpful. The room was serviced daily. Perfect location.

We loved staying at the Greenkeeper’a Cottage. The location was great and the home was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The management team was welcoming, helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!
