Located 1.9 km from the Octagon and within a 5-minute walk from restaurants and cafes, Roslyn Sanctuary Hereford St Dunedin is 2 seperate units on the same site 6A & 6B both have there own Carparks. Lovely accommodation and couldn't recommend highly enough. The host was very accommodating, and the cleanliness, view, and location were all fantastic. Would love to go back as it was head and shoulders above anywhere else we have stayed in NZ.

We arrived into Dunedin on a cold, wet November day. Upon arriving at the property, we found it to be very cold. Within a short period of time though, the very efficient air conditioning had warmed the place easily and so made our stay very comfortable. The house is very spacious and well equipped. It has a great view over Dunedin and is close to a great supermarket.

The suite was extremely clean and well supplied with tons of great amenities! The owners were also very proactive about reaching out to make sure we were doing well. The location is a good balance between close to the city center and in a residential, quiet neighborhood.
