All the staff were absolutely kind and accommodating. In terms of value for money this location exceeded my expectations. Not withstanding that I need to identify Fathima at the Sky Lobby who pulled out all the stops to make our stay enjoyable

Conveniently located opposite Hartamas Shopping Centre, Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur offers elegant accommodation with free WiFi throughout. This place was really good and clean. the location is really good in one of the very luxury neighborhood. you should take a taxi to go to the touristic places but for us it was ok because we have been to those places before we just wanted to stay in the hotel for one day between our flights. the rooftop bar and swimming pool was great.

It's so comfortable and pretty. The check in is so smooth. Just a bit delay from the cleaner side about an hour. But they compensate with an hour late check out. The room, view is so stunning.
