Eurostars Hacienda Vista Real is an elegant property located in Playa del Carmen. The facility offers tropical gardens, lakes and a golf course within the Playacar gated community. The best hotel, next to a real pyramid, in playacar. Perfect for our honeymoon. Ismael, Sarai, America and Carlos were amazing, I felt like I was a king. The swimming pool was top, surrounded by birds and capybaras. The rooms are MASSIVE.

The staff were professional and friendly. The food variety was excellent. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! Even though it’s not a water front resort the beach is very close and it’s easily accessibly through a very cute and specially designated path walk. As well as there is an options to take resort cart that will take you to the beach and back.

Very special place, near the great beach, 30 minute walk to the city center, many great restaurants nearby. The host is amazingly helpful - they gave a very good advice on how to get to Coba, which was also amazing. In fact it's a great place if you wich to travel to Chichen Itza and Coba.

I was by myself and felt very safe here with the gated community and security and overall niceness of the neighborhood. Martha was wonderful in making sure I had everything I needed and was very responsive to questions I had. I used the bicycle which was great for getting to the dive shop and into town for dinner, a great location for my needs. II loved floating in the pool and enjoying the patio area. I would definatley come here again if I'm back in Playa del Carmen.
