Great value for money. You have everything you would ever need in this hotel. It is super clean. Rooms are well equiped (iron board, fan, fridge, safe box). Location is perfect - walking distance from historical center but in a very safe and uncrowded part. The bed is very comfortable. The windows are great in blocking street noise, you don't hear a thing. Breakfast is amazing, tons of different options, all delicious. There is a well equiped gym with a view of the city. Also, the staff is very helpfull and kind.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Breakfast and lunch were great deals and very tasty. Service was outstanding. Very warm and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Would have liked a small fridge but in the end with the restaurant on the premises, and free water refills, no fridge was not a problem. Location was great, close to US Embassy and many convience stores as well as several restaurants. However, it is located in a busy part of town and taxis were sometimes impossible to find. But if the hotel calls for one it arrives, no problem. They were excellent in giving us advice about the area as well as the city in general.

It offers spacious and well-laid-out rooms with balconies, very comfortable beds with quality linens, an excellent selection of TV, including 24-hour English-speaking channels, and a well-appointed bathroom with high-quality towels. In the morning, there is a made-to-order breakfast prepared and served by a friendly staff. The rooftop is so well done, with a view of the city, cushioned lounge chairs, and a dipping pool. The security is top-notch with electronic door keys which I appreciated and there is a person at the front desk who acknowledges you when you come and go. I found the location and the surrounding restaurants, cafes, and even across the street a friendly wine-tapas bar, and an Office Depot close by to be great. I rarely write a review for a hotel or anything, but this new addition to Mexico City is a plus for us travelers for sure.

The service was impeccable as expected with the St. Regis brand. The attention to detail and hospitality was top tier and the best you’ll find in Mexico City. The facilities were amazing and we felt extremely comfortable the entire time. We did not want to leave!
