Staff was friendly and helpful, room is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is located between the old town and newer side of the city so everything is walking distance. For the price and services it is better than a guest house and cheaper than similar hotels nearby.

We were greeted by a kind and attentive host, who was helpful throughout our stay. We felt safe and secure. The location of this property is ideal; bars, restaurants, shops, and historic sites are around the corner. Spacious shower, comfy bed, smart tv, coffee and tea, and the bath provided a lovely, relaxing stay and we will definitely return again.

BEST WESTERN Santakos Hotel is located in Kaunas, less than 100 metres from the Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with cable TV and free WiFi. Free private parking is available. The hotel is located in historic building and has soooo much charm. Our room was located on 6th floor, which has a special way of getting there. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. There is a free parking on the back of the building. The location is fab, walking distance to town, castle and anything else you would want to see. Overall we would definitely stay here again.
