Perfect sized rooms, lovely bathrooms, great air con and wifi. Little hammocks out the front of your place and a beautiful 1 min walk to the beach. We realised it was way better than staying on the beach for us because was it was so quiet at night, but you’re still practically beachfront. We extended our stay 2 times, to stay at Elena’s and in Trincomalee in general. Elena and all staff were so helpful and accommodating for whatever we needed (tuk tuk, a late night beer, extra bedding and even offered me a yoga mat!) Already dreaming of coming back here! Thanks so much Elena and co!!! Also Hawaii snack bar at the end of the street on the beach is another place we’ll dream about till we die, must eat there everyday :)

Anantamaa Hotel is tucked away in Trincomalee just steps away from the beach. Enjoy soothing spa treatments at the wellness center or spend a quiet afternoon relaxing by the outdoor pool. Really cute place, i have enjoyed my stay. They cook nice watermelon fresh juice. The pool is also nice

Located a 5-minute walk from Uppuveli beach, Theevanni Resort offers 2-star accommodations in Trincomalee and has a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Very polite staff, upon check-in they said that they would settle in a separate room with 1 bed, although I booked 1 bed in a shared room, the price is unchanged, which is nice for a budget tourist. Recommend. quiet calm area. near the beach.

It is very good place. Specially the location, It is very close to the beach and also the food of their restaurant is very delicious. The room is just like a Cabana and all rooms have separate entries from others. Also they are very clean. The staff of the hotel is very friendly also they treat us very well specially the guy who is in the restaurant is really nice According to the all above I must say that The overall facilities of the hotel and management and staff is very good and if I will go to the trincomalee again, definitely I will concern about this place to stay again.

Located in Trincomalee, a few steps from Uppuveli beach, Blue Sand Beach Resort has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a restaurant. Travel a lot and there are always some things good and some things less good about a place. Blue Sand had got all the important stuff right - comfy large bed, great air con, good pressure and hot water shower, comfortable sun loungers with various other seating options too, helpful and friendly staff, beachfront location and clean environment. Perfect for the last few days of our trip and a small enough resort to not feel like another tourist in a big resort. We had the best time and hope this gorgeous spot stays this way.
