All clean and ready when I arrive. I did arrive early that they, staff very kindly keep my luggage till it was time for check in while I went out to explore. When I arrive at 10 pm luggage was already at the room. Laundry machine as well on the room and all explained step by step ( English)

Really conveniently located and well connected, within walking distance from Kudanshita station, Jimbocho station and Suidobashi station. My room was spacious and attractively furnished. It was quiet at night and I had a really comfortable stay. Staff were also friendly and helpful. I had a great stay here, I would definitely stay again if I come back to Tokyo.
