What an amazing place! Surrounded by mountains and peace hotel has his antique charm! Loved every detail - onsens were great and dinner was magnificent. I wish we could stayed here for longer!

Situated 41 km from Takayama Station, Furusato offers 2-star accommodation in Takayama and has an open-air bath. This Ryokan was so charming and gave off such wonderful traditional vibes. Our room was surprisingly spacious and fit 3 of us no problem. The onsen was beautiful and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves during our stay. The staff was so kind and the traditional breakfast was the best I've had in my travels so far. I highly recommend this ryokan.
