KOKO HOTEL Sendai Station South está muy bien situado en el barrio de Aoba Ward, Sendai, a 18 km de Santuario Shiogama, a 7 min a pie de Estación de tren de Sendai y a 1,8 km de Sakuraoka Daijingu. Everything ! Staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We loved the little dim light, the YouTube and Netflix access on the TV, the large mattress, not too soft, not too hard. We had two windows so the atmosphere of the room was very cocooning.

I stayed at Koko Hotel from 08-10.09 for a business trip. While the amenities weren't as superb as those in other Koko Hotels I've stayed at, the comfort was more than acceptable. However, a renovation, particularly in the bathrooms, should be a priority. I had two contrasting experiences with the staff—one negative and one excellent. On 09.09, the gentleman at the front desk was unhelpful when I asked for a VAT invoice, which I needed for my company. I spent over an hour discussing the issue with him, but he kept repeating that they couldn't issue it and directed me to Booking.com. However, Booking.com had already referred me back to the hotel. To make matters worse, he seemed amused by my frustration. Today, the gentleman on the morning shift was the complete opposite. He was kind, polite, and genuinely willing to help. He made several calls and put in a lot of effort, and in the end, we found a solution. His professionalism is the reason I'm giving this high rating—you should be proud of him.

This was a very positive experience. The room (end of the corridor) was plenty big enough for the two of us, allowing us to pack the three suitcases we had before sending them to the airport. Laundry facilities were clever, as you could see on your TV when a machine was available. Cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful - one day we asked for extra water as we were thirsty, and the lady remembered the following day as well. Reception team were professional but still friendly - you always get a better vibe in Tohoku in comparison to Kanto, in my opinion. Also, there was a microwave available near our room, which enabled us to cook proper meals when we weren't eating out. The bathroom was really nice, too - unusually spacious.

Si bien esta a una cuadras de la estación de Sendai. Esta en una muy buena ubicación con un mercado local cerca y varios restaurantes en la zona.

La experiencia de hotel tradicional. Su cercanía a la estación de JR (5 mins caminando) y a calles turísticas. Baños públicos. Limpieza. La iluminación. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Henn na Hotel Sendai Kokubuncho está muy bien situado en el barrio de Aoba Ward, Sendai, a 18 km de Santuario Shiogama, a 12 min a pie de Sakuraoka Daijingu y a 1,2 km de Estación de tren de Sendai. We had the dinosaur room. It was great in particular if you travel with kids; the bathroom was also very large with separate toilet and bathtub room.

Hotel Keihan Sendai está en Sendai, a 6 min a pie de Sendai City Community Support Center, y dispone de alojamiento con aire acondicionado y restaurante. It’s so hard to find hotel rooms that are completely dark at night. To have a nice night of sleep I need a super dark room to sleep and thanks to them I slept like a baby. There was a lot of lights if I wanted to turn it on (really good for make up) but if I wanted to sleep it was as dark as possible. The bed was also super comfortable. The way they design the room was so smart and made the room looks bigger than it was. We had more than enough space for our things. It was super spacious. I have a lot of make up and it was really easy to do with the nice table and nice table Mirror that they provide. I have a lot of hair, a lot and usually the hotel hairdryer don’t work for my hair. They all take ages to dry, but theirs was pretty good. Also de amenities were of such a nice quality. The location is also perfect, close to the station and with a lot of restaurants and shops around it. We always walked everywhere.

Offering a fitness centre free of charge, Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East has direct access to Sendai Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The location is very convenient. The staff is helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
