The room has great space and size for Japan and the wifi was fantastic. Shower was beautiful great water pressure. Staff were amazing and the included breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Quite close to Shin-Osaka station meant not needing to lug our luggage too far. Facilities were new and modern. Complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus. Rooms were a decent size. Staff were very helpful.

The interior is modern and the facility is very clean. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was amazing! 🤤 I highly suggest to book a room with breakfast, it’s worth the additional cost. The onsen was very relaxing and I really appreciate the free massage chairs as well. 💆‍♀️

The location is very near to Shin-Osaka Station. The staff was friendly and helpful to accommodate our needs. The size of the room I booked was perfect for 2 people. The room was clean and although it was near the train station, there was no disturbing noise when sleeping. The hotel also provide free water for drink and we can take ammenities (tooth brush and tooth paste, hair comb, etc.) as per our needs daily. The breakfast was also great, it was really fulfilling and the place was clean.l. I would love to come back and stay here again if I visit to Osaka again in the future.

Open in November 2017, Y's HOTEL Shin Osaka offers accommodation in Osaka. This property is located an 8-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Clean rooms, fun sento, friendly staff, I especially liked the waiting room. Such a small thing to provide guests with drinks yet it leaves so much positive impact.

Hotel is located in fairly quiet area, but close to subway station with Shin-Osaka station being 1 stop away - it makes for a good base if you want to go on a day trip to Kyoto for example. There is also a restaurant across the street that is open 24/7. Despite being a fairly small room, it has excellent floor plan. You get a desk, a wardrobe and still have enough space for a large suitcase. Same goes for bathroom - fairly small but didn't feel cramped. There's both air-conditioning and air humidifier.

Offering direct access to JR Shin Osaka Train Station, Remm Shin-Osaka offers modern contemporary rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with video-on-demand. What a find! If you are arriving or leaving from Shin-Osaka this is so convenient. There is a massage chair in the room. Great view over the city. Lovely staff.
