I loved that we had a washing machine in our room, access to a great coffee machine in the refreshment room, and the size of our room was generous. there was a workout facility, but I was too exhausted after walking 20K steps every day to use!

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is an 8-minute walk from OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station. Glico Man Sign is a 4-minute walk from the property. Love everything about this place…location is very near to train station and a walking distance to shopping streets..facilities are superb, hotel room is spacious…they serve free flow drinks (machine), self service laundry machine is available, free massage chair after long hours of walking is a bonus plus! Their staff are very helpful and friendly..they can speak english as well….i was most grateful for the service where they gave us a ride to the shin-osaka stn FOC…definitely will come back! Thank you for the great service!

For me, this was the best hotel in Osaka. Nice location near Namba Station, good communication with them on the booking app before we arrived, polite staff. In the vicinity we found good restaurants too. The room is a normal size for Japan, you may find it small, but it has all you need. The AC system kept the room cool, the bed was comfortable. I really liked the technology in the room: magnetic card, doorbell, electronic "dnd" sign, the curtains open and close from the push of a button and they even have ambiental music you can play. They offer you water in your room along with shampoo, body wash, conditioner and soap, and you can take from downstairs some toiletries like cotton swabs, razors or toothbrushes.

Only found out on last day, you could exit through the back of the hotel to reach the shops. Very convenient location. Rooms were clean and big.
