At the entrance everyone is requested to remove the shoes and store them in a locker. The personnel was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was one of the best I've had while traveling.

Well set in the centre of Osaka, Miyako City Osaka Hommachi provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. New facilities, super clean, comfortable beds, smart tv, european plugs, good room size, great location (Walking distance to dotonbori and 3 metro lines close by), soundproof walls, polite stuff, luggage storage room with combination lock, laundry room, and vending machine in the basement. It was a very good value for money, I have no complaints!

I recently stayed at The Flag Osaka - Shinsaibashi with my family (2 adults and 1 child) and had a fantastic experience. We booked a Deluxe Double Room, which was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. The location is unbeatable, just a minute's walk from the bustling Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, perfect for shopping and exploring the area. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and communicated well in English. We arrived early at 10 a.m. but couldn't check in until 3 p.m. However, we left our luggage in the lobby, and when we returned at 3:05 p.m., our luggage had already been delivered to our room—an impressive and thoughtful touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and everything we tried tasted fantastic. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Osaka!

The room is exactly as shown here and on their website. The room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located very near to the huge Hommachi Metro station, serving 3 different train lines, which is excellent for access to all the attractions in Osaka. Ozaki-san, the owner of the hotel, is very welcoming and friendly. He goes all out to ensure his guests have an excellent stay. Even before we arrived, we have communicated via WhatsApp and Ozaki-san shared some Osaka planning tips. We are also very grateful for the souvenirs he has thoughtfully prepared for us. All-in-all an excellent stay and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.
