Amazing location, cute view, very quiet. LOTS of restaurants nearby. Very clean room, and modern looking. I absolutely loved the bathroom which featured both a shower and a bath. Very cool for our 2 year old. Breakfast was delicious and featured a mix of Japanese and western style food. Staff was amazing and very helpful and spoke excellent English. One of the most pleasant hotels I’ve ever been too! Would come again !!

Excellent hotel in unbeatable location. The rooms are new, spacious, very clean and the shower is amazing. This has been my second stay at the hotel and I couldn't recommend it more.

When we arrived from the train we were a little concerned that we'd picked the wrong location, but after a short time exploring the local area we realised it was the perfect spot! The hotel itself was one the best we've ever stayed in.

Hotel Alza Kyoto er blevet tildelt 2 pavilloner af Michelin-guiden 2020 og ligger i nærheden af Kamo-floden og i Gion-kvarteret, 2 minutters gang fra Sanjo Station. This was an excellent location right between two train stations and within walking distance to many of the iconic sites of Gion. The room was very spacious and accommodated three adults very comfortably. The shower and bath were separate than the water closet and there was a very spacious entry way for additional privacy. The amenities were very complete and high quality.

The Celestine Kyoto Gion åbnede i september 2017 og ligger i Kyoto, blot 10 minutters gang fra Gion-Shijo Station. Gæsterne kan gå til Kiyomizu-dera-templet på 15 minutter. Truly beautiful and such exceptional service! The amenities are wonderful and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The breakfast was great and fulfilling with a collection of Japanese and western food. The hotel does a free walking tour around the neighborhood with a local guide every Wednesday and Friday I believe which is such a lovely way to start your visit in Kyoto! Theres also a free shuttle to and from Kyoto station with multiple times every day. The public bath is so great and serene with all the amenities you need in it (towels, hair brushes, face wash/makeup remover, cotton ear buds, lockers to keep your things, a water dispenser, hairdryers, plastic hair covers… etc). Such a wonderful and unforgettable stay truly worth the price!

Hotel Yuraku Kyo-yasaka ligger i Kyoto, mindre end 1 km fra Gion Shijo Station og 16 minutters gang fra Samurai Kembu Kyoto. HUGE SPACIOUS ROOM! TOOTHBRUSHES BIGGER THAN AVERAGE TOOTHBRUSH! I'm 6 feet 2 inches so they gave me a larger bathrobe, or maybe it was called yukata. It was our honeymoon and they treated us so well. They also had a lot of other free amenities in the restroom that I can't think of, but I know my wife took all of it. I can't remember if I added breakfast or if it was included, but it was worth it. Super delicious Japanese meal that made us both very full to start our day. This place rocks!
