Very close to JR sannomiya station, there are many convinience stores nearby and it's in a main road. The staff could speak English perfectly.The room was very clean.

That hotel had bigger rooms, a great location, and extremely helpful staff. Kanda location is very different. I've stayed in APA hotels many times and was thinking it would be a much different experience. It was and was not. The hotel itself was well-maintained and the free coffee/tea offered in the common lobby was a nice alternative to very small rooms. This hotel is just a tad better than an APA hotel experience.
