Located at the waterfront of Kobe Harborland, Hotel La Suite offers spacious rooms with ocean views and a spa bath. It features concierge service, a French restaurant and massage treatments. Staff - Friendly and attentive. There was a lovely lady who remembers us and would check in on us on our stay and breakfast choice. Location - Pretty convenient. Lots of malls nearby so food and shopping are easily accessible. Room - Super spacious. The standout is definitely the bathtub - the best ever had!! Interior wise, you can tell this building has been around for a while, which depending on your taste see it as dated or grand. We see it as a plus because we don't see this sort of interior much, and it's a nice change!

I have stayed at this hotel several times while I was living in Japan, and this time I visited with my partner. When I told my partner hoow amazing it was I'm not sure he believed me, but after our stay he certainly did! The staff are incredible, so overy helpful. We asked them to help us send our lluggage to the airport and they helped us through the process carefully. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and modern. The views are to die for, and the facilities are exceptional. I will come back to this hotel every time I am in Kobe, without questioon.

I told them that I was celebrating my partner's birthday on that day beforehand, and they generously upgraded our room that had a lovely view of Kobe Harbour. All the facilities were clean and modern. The location was perfect too.

Super convenient and close to station. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are excellent. Best onsen i came across as the temp is 41c. Not too hot. Ive been to 10 or more onsen on this trip and all of them were too hot for my liking. This is the best temperature, and they also have outdoor which is a bonus.

The location of this hotel is exceptional! Just cross the road and you can reach the bus terminal or the train station. There is a 7-11 right below too. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Strongly recommended.
