It's a beautiful property, an absolute gem. It is clean, relatively spacious and well maintained. We loved waking up to the scenery outside. Staff is very nice and cheerful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious too. I am definitely going back there!

We had a lovely time at Casa Eden! Gina and Dino are very welcoming hosts and Casa Eden is an oasis of calm, with its cool rooms and shady garden, a short boat ride from the main tourist attractions. Giudecca is the best place to stay in Venice, as you can sit on the quay with a glass of wine and see San Marco and the Doge’s palace across the lagoon.

Nearby many restaurants, fish shop, bakeries and store. Hotel owner was very nice and friendly. She guided us about venice very well. She also gave us complimentary biscuits which were delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel

There’s a spectacular, large peaceful garden in front of the apartment, we ate lunch there sometimes. Lots of rosés blooming. Very rare in Venice! Federico was extremely responsive & helpful & provided fruit, biscuits & yoghurt when we arrived. It saved us shopping straight away.

The owner and his assistant stayed in touch with us from the moment of booking until we entered the apartment. They provided instructions on how to get there and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and convenient. We highly recommend this apartment!
