The apartment is bright and clean, every detail is made with love and it’s noticeable that everything was done for the comfortable stay. Host is answering quickly, and helping if you need. We also liked the location, it’s near the subway, if you go to city Center, but not too central, so it’s not crowded. And the neighbourhood by itself is something worthy to look at. The neighbouring building is a guesthouse with a roof, where in the evening there are a lot of people. In our apartment it was silent in the sleeping zone, but in the toilet we had a vibe of being on the party, without the party:)) For us it was ok (even for our toddler), but maybe someone more sound sensitive will be bothered by it. The kitchen utensils are new and all the plates and glasses are beautiful and new.

Cris is a super nice host, very responsive, approachable and kind to talk to. She even gave me an Easter chocolate egg :) The apartment is 5min walk distance to the metro and you can easily reach the Colosseum and Vaticano. The apartment was super cleana and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Wouls definitely come back.

Porta Maggiore'ye 1,8 km ve San Giovanni Metro İstasyonu'na 2,9 km uzaklıkta yer alan I Villini del Pigneto, Roma'da klimalı ve özel banyolu odalar sunmaktadır. Area of Pigneto is beautiful you have so many option to explore starting from this point. Host Juliano is very frendly, listening needs of guests and always available if you have questions. Villa, garden, bathroom,kitchen... everything is done with a lot of details and it really leaves you breathless while staying in the villa. I've seen people leave a lot of low rating for the location, which dosen't make sense because they're familiar with where villa is located. Addition to location it takes approx. 1h walking from Villa to Colosseum, and you can see lot of things on that way. This location is very good connectes with bus & metro lines. Safety, I took the opportunity to visit one of the local clubs late at night, no incidents safe & quiet area really, don't let graffiti shape your image of place. Pigneto is beuatiful area with lot of Villas. Juliano hvala !

Sandro is helpful, kind and amazing host, he was taking care of guests. He waited for us in front of the flat despite our late arrival (02:00 a.m). Also, we left apartment late. The apartment is just perfect, cozy, clean and comfortable, great location, everything is near. Huge recommendation to this apartament. if we return in rome it will be definately in this apartment. Thank you Sandro for everything

Excellent shopping possibility as there is a Lidl in walking distance. We recommend this apartment without any hesitation.
