The accommodation was perfect, the place had its own atmosphere, after arriving at the accommodation we were met by a lady at the reception who helpfully explained everything and handed us the keys. Everything was clean, ready, tidy. There was a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh, many things to choose from. We were very happy with everything and would definitely recommend.

Quinto Canto Hotel & Spa is set right in the middle of Palermo’s historic centre, at the Quattro Canti crossroads. Rooms are spacious and stylish. The entry staff was very friendly, helpful & went beyond their kindness in making my trip perfect! Next time I will try the spa!

Hotel Cortese is in the historic centre of Palermo. The Cathedral and the Ballaro Market are nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from the tourist harbour. The location was ideal for walking around the city with ease. Close to good street food and many attractions. My bed was made and fresh towels daily.

It is greatly located for those who want to stay at central Palermo while enjoying a calm and quite place. All the staff has been exceptional. Vitto welcomed us and answered all our inquiries and gave very nice recommendations. Mary always greeted us with a smile at breakfast. Chetty made our stay better by carefully taking care of our room. At breakfast we could enjoy Barbara's delicious home made cakes. When we asked for a change in our reservation, Barbara made it possible to make it suit for us. Emiliano was exceptional and even helped us with the luggage when we left. If we ever return to Palermo we will definitely stay at the Terrazza Sul Centro again. Everything was impeccably clean and everyone made us feel at home

First of all please note that the B&B is located on the 2nd floor of a building right in the center of the city. It's a charming building, with the exact "run down" look that you would expect from Palermo. On the downside, if you expect an elevator, impossible to find this kind of equipment here. location, location, location: you will be near everything you need great room, very clean and well equipped (we had the one with a mezzanine, nr 5, the only small default: the shower glass facade needs a small repair to keep water inside the shower) very good breakfast with products cooked on demand and fresh local products: local fruits, cannoli, arancini, etc last but not least, the staff is great, very professional and helpful
