Very central away from noise of bustling Naples. Roberto was super helpful explaining directions on how to get there, information on the city and gave great food tips. My room had excellent air con, a good shower and lovely toiletries.

Napoli'de, Mappatella Plajı'na 2,7 km mesafede yer alan NAP Hostel Spaccanapoli'de bahçe, özel otopark, ortak salon ve bar bulunur. The front gate was hard to find tbh, but from the staff to the room, and HANDMADE breakfast (included in the fees) were totally above my expectations.

The room was beautiful and quiet with easy access to the old town. Our family stayed at Palazzo Pandola in Naples from December 1st to December 6th, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. All the staff were incredibly kind and always went out of their way to provide us with the best experience possible. Claudia was especially helpful—she assisted us with a late check-in after 11 PM, promptly responded to our WhatsApp messages, and gave us fantastic recommendations for attractions in Naples. Silvana, who took care of the room cleaning and breakfast, was always attentive, and Roberta, the owner of the hotel, shared great tips and was always very friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Palazzo Pandola to anyone looking for accommodations in Naples.

Location—in the center of everything. I like the vibe of the location; however, it would be very subjective. Some people could find noise at night because the music was playing on the street. However, we felt like we were in the box office seating when we opened the double-glazed balcony doors and watched and enjoyed the music while inside the room. When the doors closed, the sound could be heard, but the sound was muffled, so it didn't bother me. Interior- Nicely furnished and comfortable mattress.

The apartments are in the middle of Centro Storico - the heart of Naples. They are easy to reach from the airport and the central station and are also a good starting point for tours in Naples. The location is in particular nice if you like to enjoy the lively and vibrant evening life of Naples. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Also the location and the apartments feel very safe. The apartments seem to be newly renovated and are very clean and nice. There is plenty of space in the apartments. In addition, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and had lots of excellent recommendations. Also we asked for an iron, which we could borrow from them - thanks again for everything!
