We had an incredible stay here and the room was absolutely perfect. It felt brand new, equipped with everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was clear, and it made our stay so comfortable. The personnel were amazing, especially Maria – she was a true gem and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of Toledo Street, with everything you could need within walking distance. Whether it was dining, shopping, or just exploring, everything was right at our fingertips. Breakfast was also a highlight, with the fridge fully stocked with water, juices, milk, jams, honey, and much more. It was such a convenient and thoughtful touch. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Located in Naples and with Mappatella Beach reachable within 1.6 miles, HOTIDAY Room Collection - Napoli Diaz has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a restaurant. Very good central location! Very fancy and cozy ambience. We love it. Customer service was amazing. They helped us with directions, advised us on where to go, and gave us a charger when we didn't have one.

The Golden Hotel has modern accommodations with free Wi-Fi access and a satellite LCD TV. It is set just a few steps from the port and the main shopping district in Naples. The hotel is located very close to the Toledo metro station, so it was really easy to get around. It's also walking distance to the start of two hop-on hop-off bus routes that are at the entrance to the Castel Nuovo. It was easy to check in and out (make sure you have cash for the city tax). The staff were incredibly friendly! They give breakfast each morning directly to your room with your choice of drink and pastry, at a time of your choosing. On our last morning, we had to catch a taxi (which they helped us book) to the airport before breakfast hours began, so they brought us a breakfast tray the night before for the following morning! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel :)

Located in a pedestrian zone 164 feet from Naples's Toledo Metro, the Principe Napolit'amo is an elegant hotel in a 16th-century building. Perfect location. Everything was at a walking distance. Room was spotlessly clean and beautiful. Service was excellent and very friendly. Good breakfast with nice service.

The location is great for a first timer in Naples as well as for being very central. Impeccable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very well kitted out and kept clean with fresh linens throughout my stay.

Well set in the Plebiscito district of Naples, Hotel Matilde - Lifestyle Hotel is located 1.2 miles from Mappatella Beach, a 2-minute walk from San Carlo Theater and 500 yards from Galleria Borbonica.... i liked everything about this hotel. it is actually a boutique hotel. Location amazing just in the middle of Napoli, downstairs you have all the shops and restaurants, it is a shopping street. close to the metro station. the staff are amazing all of them no exclusion, my luggage was lost in Napoli airport so they were helping me everyday, they are so nice and friendly and you just wana say thank you to them every second . the breakfast is amazing really good and fresh, the rooms are big and clean and they look down the street.

Located on the second floor of an historical building in Naples, Hotel NapoliMia offers a shared lounge with elevator. Centrally located in the Plebiscito district, this hotel provides a bar. It is in the pedestrian part of Naples so the entrance looks off putting but once you enter the hotel it is amazing! A very welcoming and lovely little hotel with wonderful decor and special little touches - the staff and breakfast were lovely and the location great for walking around.
