Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Bovisa district of Milan, Palazzo Quantum 1 is 2.1 miles from Fiera Milano. There's a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Spent five nights here, Suite nr 4. Easy online check-in and access to your room and the building via your smartphone without the need to download any apps, worked flawlessly during my entire stay. The building is recently renovated (just like the photos inside and out). The room was equipped with everything that I needed. The room was clean. Garbage segregation instructions are easy to find and use if you’re not familiar with them, through a QR code which you’ll find inside your room on the door, and the garbage area is clean. Had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi initially due to the missing passcode in the online form with the details. Contacted the property manager via WhatsApp on the number provided, got a very friendly reply within a minute as well as a solution. The bed is comfy, sheets of good quality and clean, and tap water is drinkable, as well as from the Vedovellas around the city. Not to mind the hot summer weather, I slept with my window open all nights (there is AC if you don’t like the warmth), and in my experience, it was nice and quiet. Walked around the area during multiple nights (between the hours 23:30-04:00), barely saw anyone, and felt very safe. Although it’s a bit further away from the center of Milan, it is very well connected by trains to the center, as well as to Milano Centrale railway station and Lake Como. Tickets are easy to buy and use on either the ATM Milano or Trenord app (they are also affordable). Would stay here again.
