Location is very good and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were well equiped and overall we loved our stay there. Also, the view from terrace seating are was spectacular!

The location was excellent, within walking distance to all the historical sites, restaurants and grocery stores. Nice comfortable bed in a quiet room. The owner, Max, was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful little boutique hotel (ony 9 rooms/suites) situated inside a secure, private courtyard on a quiet side street. Yet it was around the corner from the Basilica Santa Croce and only a 5-minute walk from the Galleria Uffizi. Perfectly located to walk to all the major sites, restaurants, shopping etc. yet the area maintained the feel of a local neighborhood with school children in the piazza, folks grabbing a morning cafè and croissant on their way to work and lots of people out for evening stroll. While the door to our room (#9) was on the hotel's only floor, once past the door we had to decend a flight of carpeted stairs to our suite. This was not a problem for us but could be for anyone with a mobility issue. We had not been advised beforehand; as the hotel was full booked there were no other rooms available. Most of the staff were friendly yet professional. We would return to the Palazzo Roselli Cecone in a heartbeat!
