The breakfast is AMAZING and the rooms were absolutely stunning. The whole property would be particularly special in the summer but it was so beautiful and cozy in the winter too.

Loved the room and the customer service was outstanding really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would stay there again if we are in Florence without hesitation

Set directly along the banks of the Arno river, Hotel Lungarno is less than 100 metres from Florence's Ponte Vecchio. What didn't we like? The moment you got out of the car there was someone to greet you and help with your bags. The staff where so friendly. The rooms were well equipped and had everything that you would want for a comfortable. If there was anything missing, one simple call and it was sent to you. We also had the most amazing breakfast added into our stay. Overall we could not have been at a better spot during our time in Florence. Really appreciated this stay.

The hotel staff were amazing and very accommodating! Sam took exceptional care of our family, as some of us were sick during our trip. We loved the summer room for a special tea time and enjoyed the beautiful garden of the hotel. The location was superb.
