This luxury boutique-style hotel is located in Ballsbridge, 1.5 miles from Dublin city centre. It offers stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and Nespresso coffee machines. The continental breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. It was in a safe location and I had a jacuzzi bathtub. It was pricey as I went on a weekend when there was a large concert in Dublin all hotels throughout the city were overpriced due to the concert. I was told that the rates are typically more reasonable when there is not a large concert. I would definitely stay at this location again. It is good for solo travelers and family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mespil during my visit to Dublin, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with warmth and impeccable service. The Room: The room I stayed in was nothing short of perfection. It felt like I had stepped into a haven of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in the decor, the plush bedding, and the stunning view from the window made it feel like the best room in the world. Every corner exuded an air of elegance and sophistication, making it truly difficult to leave. Location: Hotel Mespil's location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Dublin, it strikes the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility. The serene canal views were a refreshing contrast to the vibrant city life just a stone's throw away. It was easy to explore the city, with many of Dublin's iconic attractions within walking distance. Breakfast: The breakfast experience at Hotel Mespil was a true highlight. The spread was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The variety of options ensured that there was something for everyone, from hearty hot dishes to a delightful selection of pastries and fresh fruits. It set the perfect tone for a day of exploration in Dublin. Service: The staff at Hotel Mespil were exceptional. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. They were always on hand to assist with any queries or requests, going above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued.

The Grand Canal Hotel is a four-star hotel located in Dublin, opposite Grand Canal Dart Station and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. I like the rooms and Rituals cosmetics provided. Everything is clean and tidy, and personnel is thoughtful. There was no hair dryer in the room - more like the information for newcomers. I know that, so I just take my own with me.

Situated in Dublin, 2.8 km from Sandymount Beach, Schoolhouse Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything about our stay was so positive! We were early so called in to let them know we had parked in the carpark (at around 12pm) and they let us check-in early. Rooms are spacious, very very clean and looked great. Bed was so so comfortable and massive! The cooked breakfast and pastries were really really good too! We will definitely be back.

Overlooking the 48-acre Herbert Park in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, this hotel is located 100 meters from the RDS and a 5-minute walk from the Aviva Stadium. I've stayed at the Herbert Park last year and things haven't changed a bit. Super friendly and professional staff. It has a great location if you are attending any event at the RDS. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Boasting spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms, Clayton Hotel, Ballsbridge is a beautifully restored 19th-century Masonic orphan’s school with landscaped gardens. Clean, comfy, nice location to explore Dublin from. Family friendly and nice continental breakfast options.

Located next to Dublin's Aviva Stadium, this family-run hotel offers free WiFi, private gardens, and free secure parking. Quite expensive but seems this is the norm in Ireland. Great location within walking distance from major attractions and 3Arena, which was the focus of our trip to see the Peter Gabriel’s gig. Serene setting with lots of birds singing and lush vegetation close to Dogger River.
