I sprained my ankle on the first day of our stay (not at the hotel) and the staff (particularly Eka - he was so kind and hospitable) immediately assisted me by calling medics and assisting me with anything they could when I returned to the hotel. The location is literally two roads away from the beach and near quite a few busy bars - yet the rooms are totally soundproof. Highly recommend for a convenient yet comfortable stay in Canggu.
