Sky-high luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi are located on floors 102 to 118 of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. It is the tallest hotel in Hong Kong. My suite was on the 109-th floor. The suite has large glass windows looking out upon Victoria Harbor. The view was breathtaking. Hotel staff was exceptional - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Due to Covid there were some changes and adjustments from normal operations - specifically, the Club moved back-and-forth from the 102-nd floor to the 116-th floor a few times. I prefer the big Club room on the 116-th floor.

Inspired by nature, the chic W Hong Kong towers over busy West Kowloon with its 76th-floor outdoor pool, pampering spa treatments and its 73rd-floor 24-hour gym. The staff in every step of the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Especially Alex and Rene, they were really kind and ready to help. They are very professional and know how to treat the customers. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the very last day. Even though typhoon came to the city and we can’t go anywhere outside, they really keep asking and offer things we didn’t expect such as volunteering to be a tour guide walking around the hotel and observe the Ritz Carlton. We were truly impressed and appreciative a lot. Moreover, they know that my SIM card is not activated so they let the expert coming to my room and helped every possible way to fix the problem!! The view and environment is clean and really beautiful. We love the complimentary champagne and the snack settings that you welcomed us. I personally love the convenience of W hotel. It is located in a large mall and connected to airport and MTR access where you can go anywhere very easily. I highly recommend W Hongkong hotel. If you are looking for a sophisticated place with a highly skilled and experienced staff, this place is the only answer for you!! I will definitely stay here again soon 💚

Amazing serviced apartment with delightful staff. Great Seaview and excellent location in the heart of ICC where main transport nodes are situated. Room comes equipped with fully stocked kitchen, including microwave and washer/dryer.
