This recently constructed hotel is situated in Amphithea, only 4 km from Ioannina city centre. Anemolia Resort and Spa boasts rooms full of character, with old-style furniture and wooden floors. Everything! Location, very clean, beautiful decor, comfortable room and bed and excellent breakfast! The receptionists were very personable as well as the owner! We felt so much at home.

Set within 1.6 km of Perama cave and 4.6 km of Zosimea Library of Ioannina in Ioannina, Lago Verde provides accommodation with seating area. The apartment is exactly as the photos brand new , functional, and cosy. I love the area on this side of the lake as it is easy to get around without traffic. They are pet friendly which is a plus. The shower was great , wifi worked well. The owner was quick to respond to everything.

Set in Ioannina, 3.1 km from Perama cave, Lake House Ioannina offers recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a terrace. This property met and exceeded our expectations. The view was spectacular, and we loved everything about this place. A very homey feel and one of the best places to stay in the area! The went above and beyond with EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen had everything that you needed with many treats and different coffees to start the day. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and there were nice extra touches with the towels wrapped with a ribbon and some lavender sprigs for decoration. It was one of the BEST places that we have stayed at and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It is a short drive into the city, but a nice treat to stay just outside and view the city from the balcony.

My stay here was perfect. Giannis and Maria are wonderful and kind hosts, they ensured we have the best stay possible, they welcomed us with a homemade tsoureki (sweet bread) and were always at our disposal for anything. There was a short water outage in the whole Ioannina for a few hours and they provided us with extra water for the night without us even asking. Also, the view from the house is amazing, we truly enjoyed it! Highly recommended to stay here if you are ever in Ioannina or Amfithea.
