Such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Check in was fast and easy, the room was clean and all set up for us on arrival, breakfast was great and they even gave us a gift at check out! I would definitely recommend a stay here.

This recently constructed hotel is situated in Amphithea, only 4 km from Ioannina city centre. Anemolia Resort and Spa boasts rooms full of character, with old-style furniture and wooden floors. Super clean, beautiful hotel Very comfortable beds Very nice staff. Very nice indoor heated pool Excellent Breakfast Top quality food

The hosts were friendly and easy to reach. They provided us with needed instruction and followed up if there were any additional needs. Parking space has shade and the garden is nicely done. The room was fully equipped and clean - has needed amenities. The host called us to inform us we forgot some belongings. Even offered to send them via post.

It's great hospitality Caterina was very friendly she is the owner of this small house with 4 rooms Breakfast was excellent It's not daily room cleaning however doesn't matter The view was dream you feel like in Swiss mountains Thanks Catarina

This property met and exceeded our expectations. The view was spectacular, and we loved everything about this place. A very homey feel and one of the best places to stay in the area! The went above and beyond with EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen had everything that you needed with many treats and different coffees to start the day. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and there were nice extra touches with the towels wrapped with a ribbon and some lavender sprigs for decoration. It was one of the BEST places that we have stayed at and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It is a short drive into the city, but a nice treat to stay just outside and view the city from the balcony.

Host: Maria welcomed us on our first day to give a tour of the apartment and to hand us the key. It was very easy to communicate with her and she waited in front of the house so we immediately found the location. She also made fresh zoureki for us to eat for breakfast which I thought was a really kind gesture - not to mention the small thoughtfull presents throughout our stay so we felt really spoiled. We also met her husband Giannis and their son and they are all a really warm, sweet and hardworking family. Was a delight to meet them! Amenities: We really felt like home for the 3 days we stayed here. There is absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, hairdryer, iron, bedsheets, pillows, etc. - can't think of anything that we needed and couldn't find. It is one extremely cosy and sparkling clean apartment. Location: The view is fantastic - don't think the photos do justice as it's much nicer in real life. We saw the most beautiful sunsets on the terrace and were visited by the cutest cats. At night it's also very quiet so we slept very well!
