I had arrived from Australia to be with my dying mother. I was traumatised when arriving at the hotel. The lovely managing receptionist treated me with compassion and respect. I felt safe at such a vulnerable time in my life and being alone without my Australian family.

They went the extra mile to make our anniversary special with decorations in the room. Beautiful pool area. Really good breakfast spread. Right in the heart of the city, but quiet.
