This hotel has covered all the small details. From reception to the room everything was amazing. Lovely atmosphere, modern decor and super comfortable. The room was huge and the bed and pillows were so comfy we had an amazing sleep. The shower and toiletries provided were so good. The kitchenette was very convenient (as well as all the items that can be provided if needed). We could not hear any noise from the other rooms or corridor so weren't disturbed by other guests either. The staff were also fab and really helpful. We only stayed one night and we wish we were there for longer to take advantage of the bar as well. We were so grateful to have 12pm checkout as that seems so hard to come by nowadays. Location is amazing for shopping, nightlife and Piccadilly station so it was really ideal for our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Staff were welcoming and informed. It was a small hotel directly on a canal. This location provided access to China Town, as well as great restaurants and pubs in walking distance. In Gay town, it was quiet by day, absolutely bright and crowded by night. It was quiet in my room. The room itself is large and airy. Radiators kept it warm by night, it was a cold weekend. Comfortable bed and bedding. Coffee tea and biscuits gretted me in the room. Came from the US, very impressed.

The instruction for check in and out was made known to us thru messages and videos which was so convenient. The apartment is so spacious and comfortable. I love the big kitchen for preparing meals and we are able to sit together at the dining table for our breakfast and dinner. The location is walking distance to the city.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the room and bathroom spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is truly commendable. However, I did encounter a slight inconvenience regarding storage for my luggage. Fortunately, the gentleman who checked me in was extremely helpful. He promptly found a safe place to store my luggage, which greatly eased my concerns. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. It is truly fantastic, providing convenient access to various attractions and amenities in the area. I found it to be an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and making the most of my time during my stay. Additionally, I must mention that the overall environment of the hotel was pleasant. The ambiance was inviting, and it contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout my visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at your hotel, and I wanted to convey my gratitude to the staff and management for their dedication to providing exceptional service. In Manchester's vibrant gay village, the New Union Hotel offers en-suite rooms above a lively bar and nightclub. You can enjoy drinks deals, cabaret, karaoke and disco nights. Our booking was done with short notice and very late check-in because of problems in our travel plan. The staff was super kind and flexible for our needs. And in the end, our stay at New Union turned out to be the highlight of our trip to the UK!
