The value for the money was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the room was in good condition and comfortable. The location is fantastic – it’s close to a bus station that takes you to the center of London in just 20 minutes. There are also many useful stores nearby, which made everything very convenient.

It’s a lovely apartment with plenty of room, two lovely bed rooms and bathrooms, a large tv and lovely balcony on a high floor with stunning views. I will definitely book this place again when next in london, hosts where kind and very helpful answered all my enquires and accommodated any requests! Really nice flat for a reasonable price, comfortable beds, lovely shower. I had a question for the host when we arrived so I sent a text and they responded/resolved quickly. Would definitely stay there again. We only stayed one night but it's perfect for a longer stay.

The apartment is absolutely stunning, located in Elephant and Castle near all the South American restaurants, plenty of shops local. The owners are really good and clear with communicating, always happy to assist with additional requests. Heated flooring in the bedroom also, massive feature I loved... Considered sleeping on the warm fluffy carpet instead of the bed! I would book this apartment every week if it wasn't constantly sold out!

It was a warm and cozy home and just about right space to spend a couple of days with my family (partner and 2 kids). The owner stayed in contact ever since my booking and ensured that I had all the information and assurance needed for my stay. The flat itself was very clean, the safe bed already made on my request, kitchen with everything I needed, a clean bathroom and a very spacious living room and bedroom. It was just about a few mins walk from Elephant and Castle bus station so easily commutable too. We travelled by car so be aware that there is no onsite parking and the nearest long term parking is about a mile, which isn’t very inconvenient. Overall a great experience and I would love to return for my next London stay.
