Great location, lovely rooms, very friendly staff. Quiet and extremely comfortable. Common rooms/areas were an unexpected plus.

Hyatt Place London City East is situated in London, 600 metres from Brick Lane. We loved the size of the room. Considering how small the vast majority of reasonably priced hotels in London are, the room in this one was perfect. Easily accommodates two people with suitcases without the room becoming too crammed. The room was also reasonably quiet, facing the alley behind the hotel.

I also asked to changed room for a better view and they were more than happy to assist and arranged for me the room I really wanted. This made my trip more enjoyeable

The Culpeper Bedrooms has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in London. My wife & I had a great two nights at the Culpeper. It was really cool to stay above a lively pub and restaurant. The rooms are on the 3rd floor and they were surprisingly quiet for how buzzy the pub and restaurant were down below. The location was great. It’s an easy few minutes walk to the East Aldgate tube station. And the surrounding area has endless options for eating and going out. The included breakfast was tasty and made to order at their sister hotel a short few blocks a way. The staff were all friendly and welcoming even though they were always busy. We like having the coffee and tea supplies in the room.

Very clean and confortable, clean baths .Super close to the train station if you are traveling to Stansted Airport.
