Location of the property was fantastic - right in the heart of all the action; just a short 10min walk from Piccadilly Circus and really, just a stone throw from most touristy spots. However if you have lots of luggage (like we did), would recommend alighting from Tottenham Court Road (which has lift services/ escalators from the platform to street level). May be a slightly longer walk this way, but definitely easier than climbing up the stairs. The apartment and bed was really comfy. Toilet was nice, clean and warm. Kitchen was well equipped and the living area was rather spacious and comfortable. Great stay, will definitely be back!

The host supplied precise directions for locating the apartment, detailed check-in instructions, and was prompt in their responses.

The apartment was very clean, there are two double bedrooms downstairs, the ensuite one is a good size. Upstairs is a small kitchen, with everything you would need, and a generous living area with a comfortable sofa bed. Communication with the host was good, and it was easy to collect the keys from a shop two minutes away. The location was perfect - we were able to walk by foot to many of the main shopping areas, theatres, and museums, and there were convenient Tube stops close by if needed also. The apartment was very warm with heaters that heated up very quickly.
