It was beautiful and cosy, and the staff were extremely friendly. It was in a good location with a bus stop around the corner to bring you to the centre in 15 minutes. The owner gave us a map when we arrived with information on how to get around and very helpful tips on places to see. Our room was clean, warm and tastefully decorated. Breakfast each morning was delicious. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I will definitely be back!

Just 0.5 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, this 4-star Ten Hill Place, WorldHotels Distinctive is owned by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and offers free WiFi. The location of the hotel was perfect, a 10min walk from the city centre. The room was so spacious and spotless. The staff were also exceptional Robert the night manager was great to deal with. If returning to Edinburgh we’ll stay here again.

I came in me and my family a bit late at night we had due to our delayed flight and the staff member was very very friendly he helped us with the luggage and offered us a drink the room was so nice and warm Clean Cozy and well equipped as the description so worth it for its price to be honest comparing to the other places Would definitely comeback another time very soon me and my family
