This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city centre stop outside. It was near the tram and bus station. Also a 5mins walk to Britania and the Ocean terminal mall. Buses take you straight to city centre which is a 10mins drive. Good spread for breakfast, good WiFi speed, good shower & Comfy beds. Secure place to store our baggage as we had a late flight out. Kristy was so helpful in providing bus route numbers on how to get to the city centre and to the castle & zoo.

Park View Hotel is situated only 2 km from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. Price, clean, comfortable, next to bus station

Located in Edinburgh, 2.9 km from Portobello Beach, Park View Rooms provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. They let me keep my bag in the luggage room in the morning, even though the check in time was at 3pm. There was no receptionist and you get all the information on time, so absolutely no hassle. Everything was perfect as it should be.

Located in Edinburgh in the Lothian region with Royal Yacht Britannia nearby, Old fisherman's Cottage No 4, free parking provides accommodation with free private parking. The apartment was more than amazing: from its location to its amenities, its the perfect base to explore Edinburgh in all its glory. The Cottage offers both a washing machine as well as a full-functioning kitchen. It is only a 3-minute walk away from the shore, which itself offers both amazing (seafood) restaurants, as well as an amazing view. Overall, I will be more than happy to once again stay there in the future

In the Leith district of Edinburgh, close to Edinburgh Playhouse, Apartment 2 bath free parking has a terrace and a washing machine. Location, flat itself, corridor was a bit of a turn off when walking in, but the apartment was fantastic.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Stylish Garden View Apartment is located in Edinburgh, 4.2 km from Edinburgh Playhouse and 4.8 km from Edinburgh Waverley station. We were welcomed by Richard who has been really helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartement is clean, the beds are comfortable. Although it is not located at the city centre but taking the bus to the Edinburgh downtown is a good idea without having to worry about the traffic jam due to road works or finding parking. Only 5-minutes walking distance to bus stop no 10. Our family enjoyed our stay. It's also near the Fishmarket where we enjoyed the best fish and chips next to the lighthouse and the sea. The kids appreciate the Netflix and they said they love staying here.

Housed in a historic building, Beautiful, Traditional 2 Bedroom Main Door Flat features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi in Edinburgh, 1.4 km from Edinburgh Playhouse. Located in the wonderful neighborhood of Leith, this flat is very spacious and comfortable and beautifully appointed. The huge kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal including a full spice rack and a nice round table to enjoy our meals. The main bedroom was massive with a full walk in closet and chests of drawers and a desk, ideal for a longer stay or working remotely. The two bathrooms are compact but modern and functional. The living room has a large L shaped sofa and a Smart TV and was a welcome sight after a full day of cycling or sightseeing. The Leith neighborhood is vibrant with many cafes, pubs and restaurants, and the hosts provided an amazing and personalized insider guide to Edinburgh with wonderful recommendations on where to go, including restaurants, and what to see. We enjoyed strolling Leith Walk and the Harbor area and we did a ride through the Portobello neighborhood along the beachfront on spectacular warm day and we were amazed by the coastline and the Esplanade full of outdoor cafes. Arthur’s Seat, good for picnics and hiking or cycling, gave us some special views of Edinburgh and is accessible by foot from the flat. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh. We only regret we couldn’t stay longer!
